Machine Model SIBM 888A  Can Make Two Type Of Brick. It’s Wall Brick and Beam Brick. This Type Brick Call Wall Brick. Wall brick are design to make wall or partition. This Strong Brick Made In High Compress Pressure It Around 30-40 Ton Pressure. This Brick Size Is 250mm X 125mm X 100mm.                                    

BEAM BRICK are design to make main structure or building like beam. Beam Brick are design to make high of strength of beam. This brick will be fill 40% of simen when become to structure.  This Strong Brick Made In High Compress Pressure It Around 30-40 Ton Pressure. This Brick Size Is 250mm X 125mm X 100mm.

Brick Processing Area. This area is where mold is located. Mold is a cavity in which raw material substance shaped into a desired of brick.

Bottom Mold is where the material is fully inserted into the mold cavity. The shape and size of the bricks are formed according to the mold. The mold is made of hard and durable steel which is S50C where the steel has been through the hardening process.

Upper Mold will form a brick on the top of the brick. The upper mold is responsible for compressing the raw material at high pressure to produce strong bricks. The steel used is S50C so that the mold is more durable and there is less erosion on the mold wall.

Control Panel is used to accommodate instruments for the purpose of measurement, monitoring, protection, detection, control and manage the processes. We apply PLC programming in our machine because it is an important task of implementing control application.

Shifter Box as component to push raw material into the mold. We use gear technology to move the shifter box. This technology are used to avoid the frequency of damage to the mechanical system and it’s easy to maintain.

Hopper are container for a loose raw material such as soil, sand, simen and water that tapers downward and is able to discharge its contents at the bottom.
